Booking a class is easy! Simply visit our Schedule page, select your desired class or workshop, and follow the prompts to register. You can also book through our mobile app. We recommend booking in advance, especially for popular classes, to secure your spot.
Absolutely! YogaSoul is a welcoming space for everyone, regardless of experience. We have several classes specifically designed for beginners, focusing on foundational poses, proper alignment, and breathing techniques. Look for "Beginner's Vinyasa" or "Gentle Hatha" on our Schedule. Our instructors are also adept at offering modifications in any class to suit individual needs.
For your first class, we recommend bringing comfortable athletic wear, a water bottle, and an open mind! While we provide mats and props, you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Arrive a few minutes early to get settled and introduce yourself to the instructor.
